1. Building location – change comma at end of description to a full stop
2. Def 2 – description refers to the summary page but this report does not have a summary page: remove reference to summary or add a summary
3. Def 2 and 3 – these deficiencies were closed on a reinspection report in February: were they still present during this inspection, if not then they can be removed from this report
