Comments: Good afternoon gents,
Please see below for items requiring attention:
1. Building location – please provide more information; where is room 3 within the hangar
2. Summary says no LHS issues were found but the report has 2 deficiencies
3. Def 1 and 2 – Typo – extra full stop in the location description
4. Def 1 and 2 – Both deficiencies were closed on re-inspection-1 25-Feb-26; unless these issues are still present they should be removed from this report
5. Re-inspection-1 has an open deficiency (Def 3) this should be included on this report
