Comments: Good afternoon gents,
Please see below for items requiring attention:
1. Building location - please provide more information; where is room 4 within the hangar
2. Summary of findings – Summary says No LHS issues were found; the report has 2 deficiencies – this statement can be deleted
3. Def 1, 3, and 4 were closed on re-inspection-1 13-Jan-26; unless these issues are still present, they should be removed from this report
4. Def 2 – location is incorrect – Def does not relate to the RCD - change RCD within the CDP. to Within the CDP.
