Def 1 – this deficiency was closed on reinspection-1 27-Feb-26: was it still present during this inspection, if not then it should be removed from this report. 3. Re-inspection-1 27-Feb-26 has 1 open deficiency (Def 1) this should be carried over to this new report and the deficiency status should reflect its current condition.
