Comments: Good afternoon gents, please see below for items requiring attention:
1. Re-inspection-1 26th Feb 26 had 1 open deficiency (Def 2) this should be carried over onto this report as a new deficiency
2. The deficiency status for this deficiency should be recorded to show how the deficiency is now; i.e. Closed/Repaired or Open
3. Summary of findings – Summary says No LHS issues were found; if the deficiency is carried over from the previous report then this statement can be deleted
